Delivery is offered to all Australian Locations. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne Warehouse within 1 business day of receiving payment.
How do I track the status of my order?
You can contact us via sales@telecomdepot.com.au or 1800 890 425 and request a Consignment Note & tracking of your delivery.
Do I need to be at the delivery address?
Yes, all deliveries require signing, our couriers will not leave items at unattended premises and do no not carry phones to check addresses.
If an address is unattended or can not be located, goods may be Re-Delivered, this may incur additional costs to you.
