This keeps your long range cordless alive

We live in a black spot for mobile phones so the Engenius long range cordless is a must around our farm. I had cobbled up a backup power supply from a small CB power supply and a 7AH gel cell battery . A lightning strike destroyed the power supply and at first I thought the Engenius too.
I came across Aristel's ad for a 6AH UPS with Lithium batteries like the phone. The cost complete was cheaper than a new CB power supply and the gel cell was nearing replacement time. Add surge protection and an easily visible warning function - the Tank was a no brainer.
The service was great too. We don't get a mail delivery and Aristel's blurb said no P.O. Boxes. The ladies at Aristel instantly waived that rule and sent it express post. If it hadn't been Good Friday I would have got it the next day. Grateful to receive it the day after the holidays and do away with the rat's nest of wires I had before. Pardon the pun but "Tanks" heaps
